1. Blind Box Returns & Exchanges
Due to the surprise nature of blind box toys, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened. All sales are final unless the item inside is defective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personal preference, receiving duplicates, or not getting your desired style.
2. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
If your order is missing items, contains the wrong products, or includes defective figures, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims submitted outside of this 5-day window.
3. Packaging Quality & Transit Damage
Our team carefully inspects every order before it leaves our facility to ensure the product and packaging are in excellent condition. However, international shipping can be unpredictable. We cannot guarantee that the outer box will arrive in mint condition.
Because transit handling is completely up to the shipping carrier and beyond our control, we only issue replacements or refunds for damage to the actual figure inside the box, not for dents, creases, or wear to the outer packaging.
How to Report an Issue:
If the figure itself arrives damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service team at service@9498toys.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos (or an unboxing video) showing the damaged figure
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible with a solution!
