Return & Refund Policy

At 9498Toys, we specialize in blind box products. Please note that due to the nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-quality-related reasons.

30-Day Return for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase at service@9498toys.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back. 9498Toys will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
All blind box items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
