Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We ship globally from our warehouses in China.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59.99.
For orders under $59.99, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs department.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.
Packaging & Transit Note (For Blind Boxes)
Due to long-distance international shipping, minor dents or creases on the outer paper box may occasionally occur. Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges based solely on outer packaging damage, as long as the figure/toy inside remains completely intact.
B2B & Wholesale Orders
This policy applies to standard retail orders. For B2B wholesale inquiries and bulk purchases, shipping methods (Air/Sea freight) and costs will be negotiated separately based on volume.
